How to use this page

Sequence BLAST

Choose either the OH-1004 or TK1151 reference version, then run gDNA, CDS, or protein BLAST. 15 bp primer-level nucleotide queries automatically use blastn-short settings. Official TK1151 IDs, TK1151 IDs and OH-1004 IDs are resolved to the selected reference version.

Primer mode is for 15-30 bp nucleotide queries and uses blastn-short, word size 7, with dust/soft masking disabled. gDNA is for genomic placement, CDS for coding sequences, and protein for amino-acid queries. Each run accepts up to 20 queries and returns up to 100 hits.
