Rubber Dandelion Resequencing Dataset
GSA CRA009020: whole-genome resequencing data for a Taraxacum kok-saghyz F1 mapping population. This page provides the official metadata index, sample search, file checksums, and original download links.
How to use this dataset
Search by sample name, Run, Experiment, or BioSample accession, then open the official HTTPS link for Read 1 or Read 2 in the matching row. Use the MD5 values to check file integrity before analysis. For batch work, download the complete metadata TSV and select files by Run accession.
Evidence boundary: this is an official catalog of downloadable raw reads, not an SNP/VCF variant-query result generated by this site. The large FASTQ files remain hosted by GSA and are not mirrored here. NCBI PRJNA1058564 was checked and states “No public data is linked”; use GSA CRA009020 as the public raw-data source.
Associated phenotype data
This table is from Supplementary Table S7 of the associated paper and contains natural rubber content and six major QTL genotypes for 129 paper sample IDs. The public GSA names are 164L, X5H, and F1-*; because no public one-to-one crosswalk to R01–R129 was supplied, the original paper IDs are retained without invented mapping.
